Our refund and return policy is applicable within 7 days after your purchase. If it’s been less than a week since you bought it, you can get your money back or swap it for something else. To be eligible for this Refund and Returns policy, you are just sure that the item must be unused and in the same condition as its original packaging when you got it.
For your return, you must require a receipt or proof of your purchasing products and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are some conditions for the refund and returns policy. These conditions are:
- Return the dress without removing tags. If the tags are removed then it will not be refundable.
- We cut 25% of the total payment if you return the dress.
- You are only eligible for the return policy within 7 days.
Refunds
Once we get your stuff back we check it out. We’ll send you an email to notify you that we have got your return item. We’ll also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved and everything is okay, we’ll sort out your refund and put the money back on your credit card or the way you paid within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Funds
If you are still waiting for your money return, firstly you should check your account.
Then call your credit company, sometimes it takes time before the refund is posted officially.
After that, you should contact your bank. Sometimes banks take time to process the refund.

Sale Items
Keep it remembered that sale items can not be refunded. Only this returned and refund policy is applicable for regular-priced items.
Exchanges
If the purchased stuff is damaged or defective, we only replace the items in that case. But if you need it to exchange it for the same stuff, then you need to email us and send us your item at our address physically.
Shipping Returns
If you need to send back your product, you’ll have to send it to the provided address.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, and unfortunately, that cost is not refundable. If you get a refund, then the shipping cost will be taken out of it.
The time for your exchanged item to reach you can vary based on your location.
If you are returning expensive stuff, then you should use the idea of a trackable shipping service to get insurance for shipping. We cannot give you a guarantee that we have received your returned item.
